Not looking good, as Helensburgh have slipped into the bottom 3 in National 3. This could have implications for us as there will be 3 teams relegated from this league at the end of the season. This is done to allow the champions of West, East and Caledonia to move up. If Helensburgh come down, there wll be 2 clubs relegated from West 1. So we need to hope that Helensburgh get above Gordonians. On another matter, congratulations to Ayr on winning premier 1 for the first time in their history.

Marr won 16-15 against Helensburgh today, so Helensburgh are 4th bottom thanks to their losing bonus point., so helensburgh and Gordonians are equal points but a lot better points difference:- Place 7 Ross High RFC 20 8 1 11 348:573 -225 6 40 8 Lenzie RFC 16 7 3 6 201:198 3 3 37 9 Helensburgh RFC 18 5 3 10 262:229 33 8 34 10 Gordonians RFC 18 7 0 11 219:355 -136 6 34 11 Lismore RFC 19 5 0 14 198:369 -171 5 25 www.scottishrugby.org/community/component/option,com_joomleague/p,7/func,showResultsRank/Itemid,28/

Lenzie do have 2 games in hand, but one of them is against Lasswade. They also have to play two other west teams in Marr and Allan Glen's.

It's either Ross High or Strathmore who goes down. It doesn't matter what Lenzie do, they are safe.
So we stay up in Div 1.
